Biography

An analyst who says he worked for the Department of Defense and the Department of State with TS/SCI clearance. In 2025 he identified himself as the author of the 12-page 'Immaculate Constellation' document that journalist Michael Shellenberger had handed to Congress in 2024, claiming he reconstructed it from memory after stumbling on the original files by accident. A later critical analysis (Jason Colavito; the Metabunk forum) argues he mistook a fictional planning document from the 2018 Schriever space wargame for a real program —today's best-supported mundane explanation. In August 2026 he took part in a Reddit AMA alongside whistleblower Jeff Nuccetelli, where he varied his original account, placing the program at the National Security Council instead of the Pentagon. He co-founded, with Dylan Borland, the nonprofit Vanguard Enterprise (vanguardenterprise.org), providing legal/medical/financial support to UAP whistleblowers, which Nuccetelli later joined as its development director. In a later interview with the American Alchemy podcast (Jesse Michels, late August 2026) he escalated his account with broader, uncorroborated claims —an incident involving a triangle over Russian naval vessels, alleged U.S.–non-human-intelligence 'agreements,' 'hybrid breeding' programs— and described personal retaliation (a break-in at his home, harassment he attributes to AFOSI). He is included with the explicit caveat that his central claim is seriously disputed and that these additional claims lack any independent corroboration.
