An unlikely cultural catalyst: the musician who funded and assembled the team of former officials (Mellon, Elizondo, Puthoff, Davis) behind the 2017 New York Times report. His organization To The Stars Academy served as a public vehicle to release the Nimitz, Gimbal and GoFast military videos.
