Biography
In July 2023 he testified under oath before the House Oversight Committee that secret programs exist to recover craft of non-human origin, along with non-human biological remains. His testimony rests on indirect sources —more than forty informants— and was deemed 'credible and urgent' by the intelligence community's inspector general. The 2026 PURSUE disclosure arose in part as a response to that statement. On 30 September 2026, on episode 2560 of The Joe Rogan Experience, he went further: he said he had watched contemporary video of a retrieval showing very human-looking cadavers with very pale skin, and recounted that after a clash between non-human groups dead grays and living reptilian beings over seven feet tall were found, and that U.S. personnel shot them. He acknowledged he never saw those reptilians himself —he attributes the account to a friend— and offered no names or verifiable documents.

Opening and closing statement that former USAF intelligence officer David Grusch submitted and read under oath on July 26, 2023 before the House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs. He states that multiple witnesses described to him a program to recover and reverse-engineer vehicles of non-human origin, and that the Intelligence Community Inspector General found his complaint 'credible and urgent'. His testimony is hearsay: he did not see the material, and what he provided privately (the complaint to the Inspector General and the classified information) has no public version. Bolender Memo
A three-page U.S. Air Staff Summary Sheet signed on October 20, 1969 by Brigadier General Carroll H. Bolender, recommending the closure of Project Blue Book after the Condon Report. Its paragraph 4 states that UFO reports which could affect national security were made under JANAP 146 or AFM 55-11 'and are not part of the Blue Book system', and paragraph 6 adds that they would continue to be handled through standard procedures after the closure. It shows that closing Blue Book did not close the military reporting channel. It does not show a secret program: JANAP 146 (CIRVIS) was a standard, unclassified procedure for any potential threat. The 16 attachments are missing from the circulating copy.
Capitol Press Conference · Grusch + lawmakers (Jun 9, 2026)
On June 9, 2026, on the Capitol steps, Representatives Eric Burlison, Jared Moskowitz, Anna Paulina Luna and Tim Burchett held a press conference with whistleblower David Grusch, hosted by journalist Leslie Kean and documentary maker James Fox. They set out three demands: presidential declassification of files Grusch had identified by name, passage of the UAP Disclosure Act, and stronger whistleblower protections with international coordination. The lawmakers cited Varginha 1996 among the records to be declassified. Grusch said the government is aware of several kinds of non-human intelligence, up to what he called 'sentient plasmoid life'.
