David Grusch

Former intelligence officer David Grusch testified under oath before Congress that multiple firsthand sources described undisclosed programs recovering non-human material; the IC Inspector General deemed his complaint 'credible and urgent'. Hearsay testimony, but multi-source.

Internal memo by General Bolender (USAF, 1969) stating that UFO reports affecting national security are filed under JANAP 146 and AFM 55-11, outside the Blue Book system — documentary confirmation of a parallel channel that outlived the public program's closure.

Eric Davis's handwritten 2002 notes record Admiral Thomas Wilson — former DIA Vice Director — recounting that in 1997 he was denied access to a special access program on recovered technology despite his rank: the compartmentalization described matches Grusch's 2023 testimony.

The 'USPER Statement' is an FBI-302 interview with a currently serving senior U.S. intelligence-community official —identity protected under source rules— about a first-hand orb encounter at a sensitive Western US test installation in 2025. After searching by helicopter the area where orbs had previously been seen, the team found a 'super-hot' orb hovering over the ground that traveled 20 miles at a speed impossible for the pursuing helicopter; a 'swarm' of lights then appeared, and four or five orbs flared up and down over half an hour. The official saw it with the naked eye alongside two pilots on night vision; other pilots and ground observers with NVG also witnessed it, and ground personnel took photos through night-vision devices. Declassified in the first PURSUE release (FBI-302) and expanded in the second (ODNI-UAP-D001 narrative).

In October 2016, John Podesta's leaked emails revealed substantive UAP exchanges with Tom DeLonge, astronaut Edgar Mitchell and other disclosure-world figures. Beyond the content, the cryptographically authentic leak documents an operational pre-disclosure network that preceded the public events of 2017–2026 by years.
