Biography

A civil-rights litigation attorney with over five decades of practice —Pentagon Papers, the Silkwood case, Iran-Contra. His connection to the UAP issue dates back to the Carter administration, when he was consulted on classified files. In 2023 he founded the New Paradigm Institute, where he serves as General Counsel and Strategic Director to compel, through legal and constitutional avenues, the disclosure of UAP by governments, corporations and private parties, separating verifiable data from speculation.
