Biography
A Navy fighter-squadron commander who chased the object known as the 'Tic-Tac' during the USS Nimitz incident in November 2004. His account —made public in 2019 and ratified under oath before Congress in 2023— is the founding testimony of the modern era: the first credible witness within active-duty naval aviation, backed by video and sensors.
