Biography

A Navy fighter pilot who reported almost daily encounters with unidentified objects during his 2014–2015 deployment over the Atlantic. His testimonies and the sensor data are the basis of the military videos released years later. He founded Americans for Safe Aerospace (2022), the first organization devoted to legally protecting pilots who report these phenomena, and in July 2023 he was the first active-duty pilot to testify under oath before Congress.
