Biography
Argentine psychologist (University of Buenos Aires) and electronics-and-telecommunications technician, a UFO researcher since 1973 and a founding member of CAIRP (1994). Skeptical-pragmatic in method, he is known for his analyses of famous cases: he co-signed the study that explained the Mexican Air Force FLIR video (2004) as the Cantarell oil-field flares, and wrote 'The Bariloche UFO: 20 years later', a re-evaluation of Argentina's most famous case. He lives in Madrid, where he is a university professor and researcher.

On 31 July 1995, during Aerolíneas Argentinas flight AR 674's final approach to Bariloche, the crew reported a luminous disc-shaped object escorting the aircraft while the airport suffered a total, simultaneous power blackout. The CEFAe opened an official file and the outage was independently documented by the local utility.
Mexican Air Force (FLIR)· 2004
On 5 March 2004, a Mexican Air Force aircraft on an anti-narcotics patrol over Campeche detected eleven spherical objects on radar and FLIR, visible only in infrared; Defense Secretary Clemente Vega García personally authorized release of the video. It is a calibration case: official disclosure does not imply anomaly, and a plausible conventional explanation (reflections from oil platforms) remains.
