Biography
USAF officer who, on March 16, 1967, was on duty as Deputy Missile Combat Crew Commander at Malmstrom AFB's Oscar-Flight Launch Control Center (Montana) when his ten Minuteman ICBMs simultaneously went to 'No-Go' status, coinciding with a reported luminous object over the bunker. He is the central, named witness of the incident. At the Disclosure Project's National Press Club event (May 9, 2001) he put his testimony on the public record, later documenting it in the books 'Faded Giant' and 'Unidentified'.
