Biography
Argentine architect and social psychologist, the dean of the country's analytical ufology and a reference for reflexive skepticism: he studies cases by interviewing witnesses and cross-checking newspaper archives and bibliography, falling into neither credulity nor automatic refutation. In the 1960s he collaborated with the UFO commission of the Argentine Navy Secretariat and observed phenomena on radar from an outpost. He is the author of 'Ovnis: peregrinos del silencio' (1993), 'Fenómenos aéreos inusuales: un enfoque biopsicosocial' (1994 —the first book on the subject published by an Argentine university—) and the 'Guía biográfica de la ufología argentina' (2000).
