Biography
Captain and pilot of the Chilean Army, engaged with the study of the phenomenon from an aeronautical and methodological perspective. He collaborated with CEFAA from 2002 and in December 2009 was designated the Army's representative to the committee. In 2010 he published 'Aeronautical Ufology', proposing a method to investigate anomalous aerial phenomena with the tools and rigor of aviation —trajectory analysis, instruments, flight conditions— rather than speculation. He is one of the serious military voices on the subject in Chile.
