Jack Weiner
Art student, identical twin of Jim Weiner · one of the four protagonists of the Allagash case (1976)
Biography
He was in the canoe with his identical twin, Charlie Foltz, and Chuck Rak the night the group said they saw a luminous object rise over the lake; he returned to shore with no conscious memory of the interval, only a campfire more burned down than expected. Like his brother, he went through the full regression hypnosis process and described, separately, an onboard examination sequence consistent with the other three. He has maintained his version without wavering to this day, even after one of his travel companions publicly recanted in 2016 — a stance the case file itself treats as possible sincerity, not as proof the episode happened as hypnosis describes it.
