Químico de formación, con experiencia dirigiendo laboratorios y un grupo de I+D en nanotecnología (con varias patentes). Fue director de investigación de MUFON entre 2007 y 2017, donde creó su Comité de Revisión Científica (2012), y es miembro fundador del directorio de la SCU (Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies), el grupo que produce análisis técnicos de casos a partir de datos. Coautor del informe forense del caso Nimitz (2004) —que estimó aceleraciones de decenas a cientos de g— y del estudio del caso de Aguadilla (Puerto Rico, 2013), reconstruido cuadro por cuadro del video infrarrojo del CBP. Autor de 'UFOs: A Scientist Explains What We Know (And Don't Know)'.A chemist by training, with experience directing laboratories and a nanotechnology R&D group (with several patents).
