Biography
He was on night guard in the fuel area of an air base when the sequence began with radio interference, a high-pitched whistle, a partial perimeter blackout and an intensely agitated military dog. In that context he described a figure to his left nearly three meters tall, apparently formed of points of light. What is valuable about the case is not the figure but its wrapping: a close-encounter account enclosed in a real institutional chain of custody, with the episode occurring inside a military installation and being recorded by it. That combination is rare.
