Biography
He is the highest-profile scientist applying forensic laboratory analysis to materials presumably associated with the phenomenon. Using high-resolution ion imaging he has reported isotopic ratios (magnesium, bismuth) hard to explain by natural terrestrial processes. He keeps a strict discipline: he does not claim an extraterrestrial origin, only 'unknown origin with anomalous properties'. He sits on the UAP science advisory council that the ODNI formed in June 2026. On episode 11 of the Bigelow Podcast (October 2026) he said, according to the summary published by UFO News, that in four months the council had not received any data, that it does not even see videos before they are released, that it has no subpoena power, and that the resistance comes from mid-level agency staff, not their leaders.
