Biography
A physicist who built an uncommon bridge between the state's classified research (the SRI institute, the Defense Intelligence Agency) and Bigelow's private projects. He co-authored technical reports on advanced propulsion for the AAWSAP and AATIP programs, and his name appears in dozens of declassified official documents on exotic propulsion, wormholes and zero-point energy. That same trajectory carries a credibility split worth keeping explicit: he directed SRI's remote-viewing program —largely judged scientifically unproductive— and is a proponent, not a skeptic, of the recovered-materials narrative, whose strongest claims remain unsubstantiated. He is an insider with real access and, at the same time, an interested party.
