On June 12, 2026, the Department of War published PURSUE's third drop, which —unlike drops 1, 2, 4 and 5, all catalogued on DVIDS under the 'DOW-UAP-PR' series with provenance from the Department itself— included a distinct series identified as 'FBI-UAP-PR,' corresponding to reports received directly by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Four of those videos document sightings of spherical lights within a 25-mile radius of a sparsely populated rural area in the northeastern United States, over nearly four years.

The first, catalogued as FBI-UAP-PR001 ('Triangle-Orbs'), occurred in November 2021 around 5:00 a.m. local time. A witness observed a bright light source near the horizon, at an estimated distance of 2,000 feet, which initially appeared as a single intense luminous object before resolving into multiple lights with erratic rotational motion relative to one another. The object moved laterally from left to right during the encounter. The witness filmed with a hand-held iPhone 12 Pro, introducing unintended camera movement.

The second, FBI-UAP-PR002 ('Red Orb Rotation'), occurred in March 2022 at 7:20 p.m. local time. The witness observed two bright red light sources hovering near the horizon, at an estimated distance of 2,500 feet, both in generally stationary positions. The lower light source appeared to rotate slowly relative to the upper one, moving from an apparent 6 o'clock position to slightly past 9 o'clock, in the clock-face analogy the report itself uses. The witness heard no sound from the lights.

The third, FBI-UAP-PR003 ('Orbs Over the Pond'), occurred in October 2024 at 6:51 p.m. local time. The witness observed a light source below the horizon, hovering over a pond at an estimated distance of 2,700 feet. The luminous object resembled a 'plasma-like sphere' intermittently changing shape and luminosity. At times, the primary light source appeared to separate into smaller luminous points; a luminous point below the primary source hovered just above the water without behaving consistently with a simple surface reflection. The object remained generally stationary for about 45 minutes before disappearing, with no audible sound. Unlike the other three, this video was 'analyzed and authenticated by the U.S. Government'; the footage was cropped to protect the witness's privacy, but per the record itself received no other edits, enhancements, or alterations.

The fourth, FBI-UAP-PR004, with no assigned title, occurred in July 2025 at 9:00 p.m. local time. The witness observed an intense light in their backyard while parking their car upon returning home from work, hovering about 25 feet off the ground, at an estimated distance of 90 feet. Their spouse came outside to assess the situation and also witnessed the phenomenon, describing it as a 'brilliant red sphere' about one meter in diameter, with a core resembling a white plasma 'sun' about the size of a basketball. The sphere slowly rose and moved to the left; both witnesses then observed a second, identical sphere hovering above the first. As the witness recorded with an iPhone 14 Pro Max, both orbs moved together westward above a nearby tree line, in motion both witnesses described as silent and smooth, 'as though flying in formation or tethered together.' As they moved out of sight, both witnesses saw the orbs appear to merge, at an estimated final distance of 75 yards.

AARO's own record explicitly notes that this fourth sighting occurred 'within 25 miles' of the previous three, at a location 'well known' to the witnesses and sparsely populated — the same kind of area as the first three reports. The FBI assessed the witnesses of the first three events as 'highly credible'; the two witnesses of the fourth event, as 'credible.' All four videos cross-reference a set of supporting documents —FBI-UAP-D004 through D008 for the first three, FBI-UAP-D009 and D010 for the fourth— that could not be located as independent assets on DVIDS from this environment; they may exist only as PDF files on the war.gov portal, inaccessible due to this environment's network allowlist.

This file brings together several traits that are individually uncommon in the corpus, and here appear together: geographic recurrence documented over nearly four years within the same 25-mile radius; an explicit witness-credibility assessment by a federal agency ('highly credible,' 'credible'); a second independent witness corroborating the most recent event; and, in at least one case, formal government authentication of the video. That said, some details resist that simple reading better than others. A light rotating around another while maintaining constant relative distance (PR002), a luminous source subdividing into smaller points (PR003), and the 'merging' behavior between two identical orbs (PR004) are not the typical pattern of an isolated balloon or drone, and would require more elaborate mechanisms —multiple coordinated units, or a genuinely unusual atmospheric phenomenon— to sustain a complete mundane explanation. PR003's government authentication also raises that specific piece's weight above a simple unverified report, though 'authenticated' in this context probably means the video file was not digitally altered, not that the captured phenomenon has been identified.

This file's ultimate value to the corpus is twofold: it documents an unusually well-characterized recurrence pattern, and it serves as a reminder that a report's institutional strength —who evaluated it, with what credentials, with what material-verification process— is an analytical dimension separate from whether the reported phenomenon is itself anomalous.
