Case No. 377·Multi-ubicación (red clasificada, lote FOIA Reeves)
2018–2022·Multi-location — CENTCOM and adjacent areas (classified network, Reeves FOIA batch)
Multi-ubicación (red clasificada, lote FOIA Reeves). The rest of the Reeves batch: 27 clips with no case of their own, catalogued anyway
Of the 50 videos AARO located on a classified network while responding to a FOIA request from eight members of Congress for 51 potentially UAP-related records, 21 already have their own case in this corpus for some distinctive trait (a title matching the description, an explicit digital-alteration admission, a technical AARO comment). These remaining 27 do not: each is an area of contrast an infrared sensor tracks, loses, and regains, with a title assigned by whoever uploaded the file to the classified network —not by AARO— and lacking the substantiated chain of custody that Release 01's operational reports do have. They are catalogued here together so that none remains entirely invisible on the site.

Limited evidence: single-witness, local or without primary verification. Three independent axes: the «tier» measures the strength of the evidence; the «probability» estimates how genuinely unexplained the case is —a natural phenomenon can remain unexplained, so it does not equal «non-prosaic»—; and the partition of explanations (below) says what it most plausibly was. So a well-documented case can have a possible hoax as its most plausible cause, and a Tier B is not, for that reason, a hoax.

Part 01
The file in question
In 2026, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) responded to a transparency request filed by eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives for 51 records potentially related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena held by the Department of War and the intelligence community. The office located a set of 50 videos on a classified network. As documented in ↗, AARO itself acknowledged that 'many of these materials lack a substantiated chain-of-custody' and that each title is 'user-defined' by whoever uploaded the file, not an official Department designation.
Of those 50 videos, 21 already have an individual case in this corpus, whether because their title unusually matches the official visual description (↗), because AARO explicitly admits digital alterations influence the object's apparent behavior (↗), because their duration is an outlier in the batch (↗, ↗), or for other reasons documented in ↗ and the aggregator case ↗.
The 27 videos catalogued in this file are the rest: each one's full timestamped visual description was reviewed, looking for the same criteria that had already produced individual cases within this same batch —an accompanying report, a technical AARO comment, an editing admission, distinctive morphology or behavior, an outlier duration— and none has one. The pattern repeats with little variation: an area of contrast enters the infrared sensor's field of view, the sensor pans or zooms to track it, loses and regains it against the background once or several times, and exits the frame. The titles uploaders assigned —'Cigar Shaped or Fast Spherical UAP,' 'Dual UAP,' 'HD 2020-02-13'— often promise more than the instrumental description can support, the same over-promising pattern documented in the batch's individual cases.
Chronologically, these 27 clips span a wider range than the rest of Release 02: from July 2018 (PR096) to October 2022 (PR053), with a notable concentration in the second half of 2020 (nine videos between August and November) and a pair of episodes from September 2019 (PR097, PR099) documenting the same date —September 25— at different hours, suggesting separate observations by the same unit on the same day.
Part 02
Why this case moved the needle
This catalogue exists for a purely editorial reason, not an analytical one: no video from a batch AARO itself acknowledges has no chain of custody should be entirely absent from the site just because it falls short of the distinctive-content threshold that warrants an individual case with its own narrative. The alternative —omitting them entirely— would leave a false impression that this corpus's sweep was selective or incomplete, when in fact all 50 Release 02 videos were reviewed one by one, with the same criteria, and 27 of them simply have nothing an individual record could honestly say beyond repeating the same generic description.
Grouping them here instead accomplishes two things: first, it lets any reader verify for themselves, by watching the 27 clips, that the 'area of contrast enters, is lost, and exits' pattern is real and dominant in this batch —not a convenient characterization by the researcher, but what most of the material actually shows. Second, the set serves as a quantitative contrast: of 50 videos with the same origin (classified network, no chain of custody, uploader titles), fewer than half (23, counting this grouped catalogue as a single entry) had something distinctive enough to support its own analysis. That proportion —under half— is itself a datum about the evidential quality of the full batch.
The most direct prosaic reading for the vast majority of these 27 clips remains conventional air or maritime traffic, birds, weather balloons, or reflections, whose appearance as an 'area of contrast' on a low-resolution infrared sensor, with no telemetry or mission context, does not permit going further. None of the 27 should be read as evidence of anything in particular; they are documented here for completeness of the record, not for their analytical weight.
Part 03
What's left on paper
Documented evidence
- 50 videos located by AARO on a classified network following a FOIA request from eight members of Congress (2026)
- AARO acknowledges that 'many... lack a substantiated chain-of-custody' and that titles are 'user-defined'
- 21 of the 50 videos have their own individual case in this corpus due to verified distinctive content
- The 27 videos catalogued here were reviewed with the same criteria and have no report, technical comment, editing admission, or distinctive behavior
- Chronological range: July 2018 (PR096) to October 2022 (PR053), concentrated in the second half of 2020
- PR097 and PR099 document the same date (Sept 25, 2019) at different hours — possibly separate observations by the same unit
